We are looking for a partner for the position of Sales Manager for Technical Solutions for the Czech and Slovak markets. We want someone with a strong drive, who has at least 5 years of successful years in the field, a technical background and can communicate in English in addition to Czech or Slovak.

• Customer Relationships – you will build deep, long-term relationships with distributors, contractors and engineers ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Product Expertise – you will present our solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate cooperation terms, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
• Travel Opportunities – you will cover the Czech and Slovak markets and regularly participate in international team meetings
• Team Support – don’t worry, you’ll never be alone! Our team will always have your back.
What we expect from you:
• Experience – at least 5 years in the field, a strong understanding of sales and construction industry.
• Technical knowledge – you can’t do without it.
• Specialized experience - Experience in industrial insulation, HVAC or fire protection markets is a plus.
• Communication skills – person which can confidently communicate and effectively represent
• Teamwork – it’s impossible without it, cooperation with others is our key to success.
• Languages – Excellent knowledge of Slovak or Czech, along with fluency in English
• CRM – Daily use of CRM tools is required. Experience with Salesforce is highly beneficial.
• Driver - Experienced driver with valid license.
