We are now looking for another team member to join us in Sales team as Key Account Manager.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating a customer base, maintaining and developing good relationships with customers
- Actively monitoring customer needs
- Connecting customers with the full portfolio of products and systems of the entire Knauf Group, with a focus on products from Knauf Insulation
- Collaborating with colleagues from other Knauf Group companies
- Planning customer development
- Making daily plans of visits and preparing customers for the sales realization
- Using CRM (Salesforce) in a daily work
- Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships at the highest level with a group of high-value clients
- Meeting sales targets in accordance with budget and plan and identifying new sales opportunities in the market
- Achieving sales targets in accordance with the law, company policies, values, business ethics and customer satisfaction
- Implementing marketing strategy, in collaboration with marketing department.
What we’d love for you to have:

- University degree - architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, finance, economy or similar
- English language knowledge (written and spoken)
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferable in construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-initiative
- Strong result orientation, customer focus and market led approach
- Teamwork
