What has your career path been like in Knauf Insulation?

I started more than 10 years ago…as Application Development Manager. And I am at the same position as when I started. Someone can think that is not stimulative for employee. I can say completely opposite – every day you can learn something new and improve your work capabilities and your satisfaction in daily work

What do you love the most about your job?

I am free to organize my time and I have the best team colleagues in the world!

What are the qualities to succeed in your job? Be proactive, make good and quality relationship with customers and be relevant – only then people will believe you and follow your recommendations.

Why do you like working at Knauf Insulation?

Team culture and support in marketing department is starting point for my (I think) successful role in KI. And I love my job – as technical support and developing new products and solutions. And yes, I like to travel and meet so many different people.

What professional accomplishment are you the most proud of?

Many parts – 1st – professional path – KI allowed me to improve my formal education – postgraduate specialist studies in EE field (Fire is next); 2nd – directly coming from 1st - I humbly hope that I am recognized as a relevant associate of the main architectural offices in the field I deal with - insulation solutions and 3rd: I am proud of my good relations with colleagues throughout the company and all departments.
