What do you prefer in your job?

This seems for me as an ideal job as I like working with people as much as working with machines. I like that every action in the production has its own procedure which needs to be followed.

What professional accomplishment are you the most proud of?

After 23 years in the industry I still can see the personal improvement field and I am very proud that after 6 months at the company I was promoted to Shift Leader.

That made me understand that Knauf is taking care about people career and I am looking forward working , and develop myself at Knauf Insulation.
