What you’ll be doing:

• Provide to customers the best day-to-day service possible through orders processing, accurate information processing, complaint handling and follow-up
  

• Full implementation of procedures, values and instructions of the Company.
  

• Operate in order to achieve sales objectives in compliance with laws, company's policies, KPI's procedures, values and Customer Service level agreement.
  

• Regular contact with the team members, central teams and counterpartners. Implementation of the central decisions.
  

• Monitor and analyze the below KPI's, based on the findings finds opportunities for continuous improvement and align with the targets.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

• Min. University Degree, preferably International Relations

• Min. 2 years experiences in similar positions

• Active knowledge of English

• Analytical skills

• Problem solving skills
