We are now looking for another team member to join us in Process&Quality team as Cold End Improvement Technologist.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establishing work procedures at the cold end of the line.

• Defining the line’s operating parameters, the ranges within which the parameters may vary, and setting instructions for controlling those parameters to obtain the desired product.

• Preparing technical product specifications.

• Regularly monitoring, analyzing, and compiling reports on the consumption of raw materials and auxiliary materials at the cold end of the line.

• Conducting audits, performing analyses, and preparing reports related to the technology and processes of binder application, crimping, polycondensation, cutting, stacking, and packaging of the finished product.

• Developing product norms/standards.

• Creating, prescribing, maintaining, and controlling appropriate documentation in accordance with legal standards, company procedures, and policies.

• Performing tasks related to preparing samples for certification of the finished product, preparing and carrying out trials on the line during the development of new products.

• Participating in the preparation of documentation related to the Quality System.

• Organizing training for all relevant stakeholders regarding the process at the cold end of the line, from secondary felt formation to packaging of the finished product.

• University degree in Technology, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering

• English language knowledge (written and spoken)

• MS Office - advanced

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 50001; familiarity with occupational health and safety procedures; knowledge of environmental protection and applicable legal standards and regulations
