What you’ll be doing:
The main role of Customer Service Intern is to communicate with customers and administer their requirements.
- Opening new customers in SAP
- Creating orders in accordance with client requirements
- Creating proforma invoices in accordance with created and confirmed orders
- Creating invoices in re-export transactions in accordance with confirmed orders
- Preparing, processing, and delivering documentation for re-export to shipping companies
- Creating orders for finished products produced in KI plants, according to the requirements of Sales department
- Informing Sales department on a regular basis about the status of created orders
- Entering complaints into SAP
- Providing information regarding goods in stock, available options, and delivery deadlines
- Constant inter-sector communication regarding production planning and shipment planning
What we’d love for you to have:
- Graduated or final year of university
- Knowledge of Albanian, Serbian and English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Computer literacy
