We are now looking for another team member to join us in our Zala plant as an HSE Manager (definite term contract).

What you’ll be doing:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of various HSE programs, procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that the business operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all workers (employees, contractors, and visitors).
• Exercise a leadership, coordination, and communication role with the plant leadership to drive continuous HSE improvement, reports any unsafe condition and practices and recommends or suggests correction or removal of accidents hazards across the location.
• Regularly conducts site inspections to ensure compliance to proper Safety and Environmental practices).
• Act as company representative on matter related to HSE with the local officials and community.

What we’d love for you to have:

• Min. 5 years’ experience in manufacturing safety management,
• university/college degree in Health & safety engineering/Environmental Engineering,
• fluent Hungarian and English both written and spoken,
• besides the daily usage of MS Office applications, multimedia, social and online media operation’s knowledge.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

• Experience or knowledge of insulation or construction industry,

• web design or any other marketing related technical knowledge.
