Business Controller is responsible for the preparation, analysis and interpretation of management reports, as well as monitoring budget performance, forecasts, and key business performance indicators.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparation, analysis and interpretation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports

• Monitoring budget performance, forecasts and key business performance indicators to support informed decision-making

• Analyzing variances between planned and actual results and preparing recommendations for corrective actions

• Participating in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

• Providing analytical support to management in business decision-making through profitability, cost and investment analyses

• Tracking and analyzing costs by cost centers, projects, products and business lines to support financial performance management

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance understanding of business results and strengthen financial discipline across the organization

• Preparation of ad hoc analyses, business scenarios and models for management purposes

• Monitoring and controlling the quality of financial data while driving improvements in reporting processes and tools

• Participating in the development of internal control systems and the standardization of financial reporting processes

What we’d love for you to have:

· Degree in Economics, Finance or related field

· English - intermediate level

· MS Office – advanced level, experience with BI tools is considered an advantage, Tableau, SAP

· Communication and verbal effectiveness

· Excellent organizational and planning skills, independence and initiative

· Problem solving

· Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting processes and business performance analysis

· Teamwork

· Accuracy in performing tasks

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large volumes of data

· Ability to react quickly and find the optimal solution
